"I am writing to say how much I have enjoyed using the Vectra equipment I purchased. I had been working out for many years, but because I do not see, going to health clubs is impractical. I have used home gym equipment but found it to be inadequate or too difficult or arduous. Equipment requiring weight plates and other attachments is effective, but it required a lot of time and effort for the average exerciser, let alone one who does not see. These negatives have been eliminated by Vectra. After two 15-minute periods of instruction, I am able to use the equipment easily and safely for a full body workout. It is simple by touch to insert the pin in the proper place for the weight desired. A full array of leg exercises, chest and shoulder presses, lat pull-downs and many other muscle developing moves can be accommodated with the use of no more than one lever. My time and energy are not wasted when using the Vectra equipment, either in loading weights or making complicated equipment adjustments. The ease and safety of use are important to any exerciser and my lack of sight does not limit me from all of the enjoyment and benefits that the use of this equipment brings".

"My wife initiated our interest in purchasing a new home gym and her first choice was the BowFlex.
